Development Bank of Ethiopia invites interested Bidders for the Procurement of Mekelle District G+3 office building and Septic Tank Maintenance, and Construction of Parking Shade, Staff Cafeteria, septic tanks and Others Civil Works

Therefore.

1. Interested bidders are required to submit the following documents together with their bid document:

Interested bidders may Purchase a complete set of bidding documents starting from June 10, 2024 upon payment of non-refundable Birr 300.00 (Birr Three Hundred only) to Corporate Branch office Tower II. Ground floor and collect the bid documents in soft copy from Procurement Directorate, Tower III, 1 floor through your Email Address. In addition to this, interested bidders may Purchase a complete set of bidding documents from DBE Mekelle District at Mekelle Town. 16 kebele, beside Aste Yohanis Primary School: Phone No. 0344410233/0344407439 up on payment of non- refundable birr 300 (Birr Three Hundred only) at Mekelle District in soft copy through your Email Address. The bidders shall inform the bank in person, if they could not receive the bid document through the Email address within one (01) day after the purchased of the bid document. Otherwise, the bank is not accountable

3. Bidders must furnished bid security of birr 100,000.00 (Birr One Hundred Thousand only) in the form of CPO or Unconditional Bank Guarantee from recognized bank.

4. Bid Proposal shall be submitted into the tender box prepared for this purpose on or before July 02, 2024 at 10:00 A.M. at Development Bank of Ethiopia, Head Office, Addis Ababa, Tower III, 1st floor, Procurement Directorate.

5. Bids shall be opened in the above mentioned address, on July 02, 2024 on 10:05 A.M. in the presence of bidders and/or their authorized representatives.
