International competitive Bidding

Cooperative Bank of Oromia S.C would like to invite interested and ekugubke budders for the procurement of EMVco CA Solution 

1. Interested and eligible bidders may collect the bidding document during office hours (Monday to Friday) from 8:00am-12:00pm and from 1:00pm-5:00pm and Saturday from 8:00am-12:00pm commencing from June 05, 2024 until bid closing date from Bole Rwanda Rang Real Estate 7 floor adjacent to Shoa Shopping center. Office of Procurement Team.

2. A complete set of bidding document in English may be purchased by interested bidders upon payment of non- returnable fee of birr 300 (birr two hundred only) at any Cooperative Bank of Oromia's branches by using Account No. ETB1446500010001. For those bidders outside of Ethiopia and have no representatives locally, you can request on Teferi.Mengesha@coopbankoromiasc.com & Negasa. Dibaba@coopbankoromiasc.com on free of charges

3. Bidders must provide copy of eligibility documents (Renewed Trade License, VAT Registration Certificate and TIN Certificate).

4. Bid document must be delivered to Bole Rwanda Rang Real state, 7th floor, adjacent to Shoa Shopping center, Office of Supply Chain Management before June 26, 2024 at 2.00 P.M (EAT).

5. A bid document must be accompanied by a bid security of birr stated in the table above on which bidders are interested to participate. Bid security shall be in the form of CPO or unconditional counter Bank guarantee in the name of Cooperative Bank of Oromia which is at least valid for 120 days in a separate envelop attached with the technical part of the bid document.

6. The bid validity period shall be 90 days starting from the opening date.

7. The complete bid documents (technical and financial) must be submitted in one original, clearly marked "ORIGINAL" and one copy also, clearly marked "COPY" and each envelops shall be separately signed and sealed which in the event of any discrepancy between them the Original will prevail - then both of which will be submitted in an envelope sealed and clearly marked with identifying the item or service to supply of "Bid Document the EMVco CA Solution".

8. Bids will be opened at Office of Supply Chain Management. at Rang Real Estate 7th floor adjacent to Shoa Shopping center around Bole Rwanda, on June 26, 2024 at 2:30 PM. (EAT)

9. Interested bidders may participate on the bidding opening ceremony..

10. Cooperative Bank of Oromia SC reserves the right to fully or partially cancel the bid.
