INTERNATIONAL COMPETITIVE BID/ICB/ Bid No. HB/012/2024

Hibret Bank S.C would like to invite interested bidders for the purchase of SLA service for forty nine (49) Diebold ATMs which is located in Addis Ababa and out of Addis Ababa for the period of three (3) years.

Therefore, interested bidders shall submit their proposals as per the following conditions.

1. The bid document shall be obtained commencing May 04, 2024 from Procurement Division which is located at Lideta Sub-City in front of Addis Ababa University School of Commerce, Hiber Tower 19th floor again payment of non-refundable fee of Birr 500.00 (Five Hundred) in Account Number IN0403007 in any branch of Hibret Bank during office hour and convenient to you.

2. Interested bidders are advised to review the bid document carefully before preparing & submitting their bids.

3. Bids must be submitted on June 05, 2024 until 2:00 P.M. Hibret

Bank Head Office located at Hiber Tower 19th floor.

4. Each bid must be presented in a sealed envelope and strictly in accordance with the instruction to bidders indicated in the bid document.

5. The bid will be opened at Hibret Bank Head Office located at Hibir Tower 4th floor at presence of bidders or their representative who choose to attend in the bid opening on June 05, 2024 until 2:30 Ρ.Μ.

6. Failure to observe the instructions & conditions provided in the bid document will constitute grounds for rejection of the bidder from competition.

7. Bidders have to furnish the guarantee from other bank (out of hibret bank).

8. The Bank reserves the right to accept or reject the bid partly or totally. 10.
