Request for Proposal (RFP) for Supply, Installation and Commissioning of Enterprise and Datacenter SDN Fabric at Main Data Center and Dhunter Wetunty the Procurement Reference number: SB/NCB/RFP/05/2023/24
1. The SIINQEE BANK S.C hereby issues a Request for Proposal document, hereinafter called RFP, to vendors to participate in the competitive bidding Commissioning of Enterprise and Datacenter SDN Fabric at Main Data Center and Disaster Recovery Site
2. The REP document is for exclusive use of bidding as per the stated specifications, terms and conditions. The RFP shall not be transferred produced or used for purposes other than the intended bidding
3. The RFP is not an offer but an invitation to receive bidders' response. No contractual obligation whatsoever shall arise from the RFP process unless and until a formal contract is signed and executed by duly authorized officers of the Bank and the bidder.
4. The Bank shall not be responsible for the accuracy or completeness of such information and/or interpretation.
5. A complete set of Request for Proposal (RFP) is available up on payment of nonrefundable fee of Ethiopian Birr 1,000.00 (One Thousand and 00/100 at procurement and Supply Management Department 6th floor office no 604.
6. All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security total amount of Birr 120,000.00 from recognized banks in Ethiopia.
7. The digital copy of the RFP document(s) will be delivered to vendors via e-mail to the authorized receiver.

9. The Bank reserves the right to accept or reject the proposals in part or in whole without giving any reason.
10.The Bank reserves the right to stop or cancel whole or part of the process at any time without notice to Vendors Providers (SPs) and the Bank is in no way liable the Vendors or anyone coming across this document, or participating in the process.
