1. A complete bid of document can be obtained beginning February 12, 2024 from Supply Chain Management Office 16th floor of Wegagen Tower, in front of A.A Stadium, for a fee of Bir 200.00 (Two Hundred Bin) to be deposited, in Account Number 0736452410101 at Wegagen Bank S.C in any branch during business hours and bring a copy of the bid document when you arive at the office.
2. The bidders should specify the mode of payment, delivery time and warranty period. They should enclose with their bid proposals a bid bond guarantee / CPO Birr 250,000.00 (Two Hundred Fifty Thousand Birr only) in the name of the "Wegagen Bank S.C.
3. It is mandatory to provide a copy of a renewed trade license. a tax clearance, a TIN, and a VAT/TOT certificate.
4. Financial and technical documents are required to be submitted separately in sealed envelopes in the tender box prepared for this purpose at Wegagen Bank S.C. Supply Chain Management office, during office hours before February 23, 2024 until 3:00P.M at the location mentioned above no.1, but bids submitted after the deadline will be automatically rejected.
5. Bid opening shall be held on February 23, 2024 at 3:15P.M in the presence of interested bidders or their legal representatives who choose to attend in the bid opening at the place mentioned under #1 above.
6. The price quoted shall include all other governmental faxes (TOT/VAT) and the duration of the price quotation and bid bond guarantee should not be less than 45 and 60 consecutive days. Lastly, the winner suppliers shall summit 10% of the award amount in the form of performance bond guarantee/CPO before signing a contract and taking a purchase order.
