2. Intereseted and eligibled bidders are invited to purchase and download of the biding document via https://bids extreneders.net/bods-shop/dashen-bank-sc/and via http://dashen.afrotender.com/or afrotender.com to accoss the bioding document by having paid Non-refundable fee ETB 200,000.00 /Birr Two Hundred only/ for each LOT starting from October 10,2023
3. Copy of renewed Tende License VAT Registration Certificate and TIN Certificate are requstration Certificate are erequired while submitting the bid document.
4. Bidders shall be presented as a bid security for each lot in the form of uncondtional &irevocable Bank Gurantee or cashier's payment order /CPO/or/at least valid for 120 days upon submission offer,At the ame time the bid validity shall be 90 days.
5. Bidders must submit the TECHNICAL and the FINANCIAL OFFER IN SEPARATE ENVELOPES in separate envelopes in duplicate copies labeled as prginal and copy accompanied by a bid security in an acceptable form as started in the bid validity shall be 90 days.
6. The seald bid document shall be placed in the box prpared for this puropose on Novemeber 7,2023, up to 5:00 PM at the place mentioned under No.7 below.
7. Bid opening shall be conducted in the peresence of the bidder's or their legal representative at Dashen Bank Head qurter building 7th flooer Supply Chain Management Departement meting hall on Noveber8,2023 @w2:00 PM afternoon.
8. Failure to comply with any of the condtions stated above from No 2to 6 shall result in automatic rejection.
9. The Bank reserves the right to accept or reject the bid either partially or fully.
