1. A Complete set of Bidding document can be of Birr 200.00 /Two Hundred Birr/  in Account Number IN403007 in any branch of Hibret Bank nearest and convenient to you afeter 2 /Two/ days of this bid announcement for the first time.

2. Bidders can obtain the bid documnet from Procurement Division which is located at Lidetea Sub Cityin front of Addis Ababa University School of Commerce Hiber Tower 19th floor.

3. Intersted bidders are advised to review the bid document carefully befor preparing &submitting their bids.

4. Bids must be submitted on or before July 5,2023 unit 2:00 P.M at Hibret Bank Head Office Procurement Division Hibret Tower 19th floor.

5. Each bid be presented in seald envelop and srrictly in accordance with the instruction to bidders indicated in the bid document.

6. The bid will be opend at Hibret Bank Hed Office located at Hiber Tower 4th floor at presence of bidders r their representative who choose to attend in the bid opning on July 5,2023 unit 2:45 P.M.

7. Failure to observe the instruction & conditions provided in the bid document will constitute ground for rejection of the bidders from competition.

8. Bidders have to furnish the gurantee form other bank /out of Hibret bank/ 

9. The Bank reserves the right to accept or reject the bid partly or totally.
