IFB Title Procurement of Construction of Fence and Parking Area Rectification Work at Siinqee Bank S.C Offfice Bulding around Bole Area Addis Ababa.

1. Siinqe Bank Share Company has allocated a budget towards the cost of procurement of construction of Fence  and Parking Area Rectification work and it is intended that part of the proceeseds of this buget will be applied to eligible payments ubder the contract for which this invition for bids is issued.

2. The bank invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the supply and delivery of construction of fence and Parking Area Rectification works.

3. Bidding will be conducted through National Competitive Bedding /NCB/ Procedures contained in the Bank's Procurement policy and Procedures and delivery time  should be uncondtional.

4. A complete set of Bidding Document in English may be obtained by intersted and eligible Bidders from the office of Accounts and Finance Odaa tower 6th floor office No. 608 Addis Ababa upon  the payment of non refundable fee of birr 350.00 /ETB Three Hundred Fifty only/ from 8:30 A.M to 5:00 PM local timr /Monday-Friday/ and from 8:30 A.M TO 12:30 PM on Saturday except on public or goverment holidays, if any.

5. All bids must be accompanied by a bid Secyrtt totla amount of Birr 400,000.00 form recognized banks in Ethiopia.

6. All bids in one orginal plus one copy peoperly filled in signed and stamped and should be dropped in the Tender Box prepared for this purpose at the Procuement and Supply Management department 6th floor offic No 604 on or befor 2;30 P:M June 22,2023 G.C.

7. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidder's representatives who choose to attend the opening ceremony on jun 22,2023 at 3:00 P.M at 6th floor office number 604.

8. Late Bids, will not be opened and not read out in public at the bid opening ceremony and shall not be accepted for futher evaluation purpose

9. In cash any unforseen situation or public or Government Holiday resulting in Closure of Office on the date of Opening the Tender shall be openned on the next working day at the same time and venue.

10. The Siinqe Bank Share Company reserves the all reght to reject any bid and to annul the bidding process and reject all bids at any time prior to contract award without there by including any liabilty to bidders.
