3. Bidding will be conducted tyhrough the  National compititve bidding /NCB/ as procedure specified in tender document  and existing guidelines and is open to  all bidders from eligible local cometitive bidders as defined in the guideline.

4. A complete set of bidding document may be purchased by intersted bidders upon payment of a non refundable fee of 500 birr starting from May 17, 2023 Jun 01,2023 during office hours from Monday to friday 8:30 AM to 5;30 PM

5. Bid shall be delivered to Bishoftu Town Water Supply and Sewerega Service Enterprise 1th floor room number 05 Bishoftu and telephone 01,2023 This bid will be closed on June 01,2023 at 2:00OM and opened at 2:30 PM on the same date in the presence of the bidders who wish to attend.

6. Bids accompanied by bid bond of not less than 1% of the bid price in Ethiopian birr in the from CPO or Bank Guaranty and must be submittd to the above mentioned office.

7. Bidders should prsent valid and renewed trade license Registration certificat issued License Registration Card VAT & TIN together with written application & copy of ID Card.
