Hibre Bank would like to invite intersted venders to bid for the supply of the photto camera

Intersted bidders shall submit their prposal as per the following conditions.

1. A Complete set of Bidding documents can be purchased ba intersted bidders up on payment (dipositing) of non refundable fee of Birr200.00( Two hundred) in account Number in 403007 in anyb branch of Hibret Bank nesrest and conveniebt to you afyer 2 (two) days of this bid announcement for the first time.

2,Bidders can obtain the bid  document from procurement Division which is located at lideta Sub-City in font of Adiss Ababa University Shool of Commerce Hibret Tower 19th floor.

3.intersted bidders are advised to review the bid document caefully befor  preparing &submitting their bids.

4. bids must be submitted on or before June 06,2023 until 2:00P.M Hibret Bank Head Office at Hibir Tower 10th floor.

5.Each bid must be presented in a sealed envelope and strictly in accordance with the instruction to bidders indicated in the bid document.

6. The bid will be opened at  Hibir Bank Head Office located at hibret Tower 4th floor at presence of bidders or their representative who choose to attend in the bid opning on Jun06,2023

7. Faiure to observe the instuctione & condtions provided in the bid document will consititute ground for rijection of the bidder from commpetition .

8. Bidders Have to furnish the guarantee form other bank (out of Hibret Bank)

9. The Bank reserves the right to accept the bid partly or totally.
