1.A bay bank would like to invite all interested and eligible bidders to participate one the bid for the supply of hereunder listed items.

2/ Presentation of copy of renwed Trad license Tax clearance certificat and VAT registration certificate is a must.

3.Bid document shall be obtaianed commencing from May,26/2023 from the office of procuremrnt and property management directorate located at abay bank head office zequal complex building 8th floor (Around Bambis or in front of Bambis NOC Fuelstation) upon payment of a none  refundable fee of birr  100.00( one hundred birr only) for eche lotts ba depositing A bay Bank S.C, Main Branch H ead Office Ground floor during office hour (monday to friday 8:00-12:00A.M 1:00-5:00 PM and saturday 8:00-12:00AM)

4. Bid shall be accompanied by 100,000.00 Birr Bid Bond for ATM Canopy and 50,000.00 Birr bid bond for Security Operation Center Room Facilities in the form of Cashier's Payment Order (C.P.O ) or Unconditional& Irrevocable Bank Guarantee frome other Banks with validity period not less than 120 days frome the date of bid opning.

5. Bid document shall be deposited in the tender box prepardad for this pupose at procurement Division cited at Abay Bank S.C procurement& Property Management Directorate during office hours on the above mentionrd date aned time.

6.Bid opening shall be held in the presence of bidders  and/ their legal representatives who to attend on the above mentioned date time and place.

7.Failure to coply of the above conditions shall entail automatically rejected.

8.The bank reserves the right reject allor parts of this bid.
