1.Awash Bank Reference Addis Abeba Ethiopian invites sealed buds from intersted biders for the supply and installation of items listed hereunder.

2. A Complete set of bidding documents in English shall be orained from procurement Division of Awash Bank located at adiss ababa university school of commerce in front of Mezid plaza Building 3rd floor upon producing receipt of non- refundable fee of Birr 200.00 /Two Hundred/for each LOT by depositing in account No 015400005444500, at any AWASH BANK BRANCH during office hours (monday to friday 8:00AM-12:00PM-1:00PM-4:30 PM  and saturday 8:00AM-12:00PM starting from May 16,2023  upon presntation of copy of renewed Trade license Certificat of registrationn TAX Clearance certification VAT Registration Certificate and TIN Registration certificst for local bidders.

3. Eligible  bidders may submit their bids in the bidding document sent to their bids inthe bidding document sent to them in their own names only.

4. The bids must be accompanied by a bid bond amount 

• For LOT-1 Birr 150,00.00(One hundred fifty thoused birr)
• For LOT-2 Birr 200,000,00(Two hundred thousand Birr) in the form of unconditional and irrvocable bank Guarantee from other bank or Cashier's payment Order (C.P.O) From Awash bank..

5.Bid document must be deposited in the bid box prepared for this purpose on or befor May  31 at  10:00AM

6.Technical Bid opning shall be held at the office ofprocurement and supplies Management Direction building 3rd floor in the presence of bidders and/or their representatives who wish to to attend on

• May 31,2023 at 10:45 AM for Lot -2
