A Complete set of Bidding documents can be purchased by intersted bidders up o n paymenet (depositing) of non-refundable fee of birr 200( Two hundred) for each Lot inAccoun Number IN 043007 in any branch of Hibret Bank S.C nearest and convenient to you after 2( Two) dayes of this bid announcement for the first time.

3. Intersted bidders are adised to review the bid document carefully before prparing &submitting their bids.

4. Bids must be submitted on May 31,2023  until 2;00P.M. Hiber Tower 19th Floor.

5. Each bid must be persented ina sealed envelo[ and strictly in accordance with the instraction to bidders indicated in the bid document.

6. The bid will be opened at Hibret Bank Head office located at Hiber Tower 4th floor at presence of bidders or their representative who choose to attend in the bid opening May 31,2023 until 2;30 P.M. 

7. Failure to observe the instraction & conditions provided in the bid documeny will  constitute grounde fo rejection of the bidder from competition.

8. Bidders have to furnish the guarantee from other bank (out of hibret bank)

9. The Bank reserves the right to accept or reject the bid partly or totally.
