Hibret Bank would like to invite interested Local and International Bidders to bid for Supply & related services of mpos/Smart POS Terminal.

Therefore, interested bidders shall submit their proposals as per the following conditions.

1. The bid document shall be obtained commencing from April 4, 2023, from the Procurement Division, which is located at Lideta Sub-City in front of Addis Ababa University School of Commerce, Hibert Tower 19th floor against payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 500.00 (five hundred Birr) or its equivalent US dollar in Account Number 1N0403007 in any branch of Hibret Bank during office hours nearest and convenient to you.
2. Interested bidders are advised to review the bid document carefully before preparing & submitting their bids.
3. Bids must be submitted on May 17, 2023, by 2:00 P.M. Hibret Tower 19th floor
4. Each bid must be presented in a sealed envelope and strictly in accordance with the instruction to bidders indicated in the bid document.
5. The bid will be opened at Hibret Bank Head Office located at Hibret Tower 4th floor in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend the bid opening on May 17, 2023, at 2:30 P.M.
6. Failure to observe the instructions & conditions provided in the bid document will constitute grounds for rejection of the bidder from the competition.
7. The Bank reserves the right to accept or reject the bid partly or totally.
8. Bidders have to furnish the guarantee from another bank (Out of Hibret Bank)
