The Sidama Bank S.C Invites all Interested and eligible Bidders for the Procurement of End Point Security, Firewall Appliance & Exchange Server Supply, and Installation & Configuration.

The Sidama Bank S.C invites all interested and eligible Bidders for the Procurement of Supply, Installation, and configuration of ATMs.

2. Bidding will be conducted through National competitive procurement using a Request for Bid (RFB) as specified in the bid document, and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the bidding document,

3. Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information contacting by the specified below email address and inspecting the bidding document during office hours 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM at the address given below.

4. Interested and eligible bidders are invited to purchase the bidding document by deposit to CBE ACC:1000391712558. Non-refundable Fee ETB 100 (One Hundred Birr Only) for each lot starting from April 3, 2023, up to May 3, 2023

5. Bids must be delivered to the address; Sidama Bank S.C. Facility & Procurement department, Head Office Building 3rd floor Mikwor Plaza, Sierra Leone Avenue in front of Global Hotel, Addis Ababa-Ethiopia on or before May 3, 2023. Up to 3:30 PM in East African Time (EAT).

6. Electronic Bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected. The outer Bid envelopes marked "FIRST ENVELOPE; Technical PART" (the inner part includes "original and one copy") will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders' designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend, at the address below Sidama Bank S.C. Facility & procurement department, Liaison Office Building 3rd floor Mikwor plaza, Sera lion Avenue in front of Global Hotel. All envelopes marked "Second Envelope: Financial Part" (the inner part includes "Original and Copy") shall remain unopened and will be held in safe custody of the Purchaser until the second public opening.

7. Bid offer shall be publicly opened on May 3, 2023. up to 4:30 PM in East African Time (EAT) in the presence of bidders or official representatives Sidama Bank S.C, Liaison Office Building 3rd floor Mikwor plaza, Sera lion Avenue in front of Global Hotel, Addis Ababa-Ethiopia

8. For the winner Birr 20,000.00 for each lot shall be presented as performance security in the form of a Bank Guarantee or cashier's payment order (CPO) or an equivalent amount in freely convertible currency counter guarantee with one of eligible commercial Banks in Ethiopia at least valid for 120 days upon submission of the offer. At the same time, the bid validity shall be 90 days. The Financial Proposal Should Be Quoted in ETB.

9. The Bank reserves the right to accept or reject the bid either partially or fully.
