INVITATION FOR NATIONAL COMPETITIVE BID

Development Bank of Ethiopia invites certified interested Bidders for the Procurement of one (01) Station Wagon vehicle by IFAD budget.

Therefore,

Interested bidders are required to submit the following documents together with their bid document:

1. Renewed Trade License
2. TIN Certificate
3. VAT Registration Certificate
4. Tax clearance certificate
5. Registration Certificates from gov't organs

i. Interested bidders may Purchase a complete set of bidding documents & collect the bid document in soft copy by bringing flash disk &/or Email from April 03, 2023, upon payment of non-refundable Birr 50.00 (Birr Fifty only) to the Corporate Branch office Tower II, basement floor and collect the bid documents from Procurement Directorate, Tower III, 1st floor.

ii. Bidders must furnish bid security for the procurement as follows:

iii. Bids shall be submitted into the tender box prepared for this purpose on or before April 25, 2023, at 10:00 A.M. at Development Bank of Ethiopia Head Office Tower II, Ground floor or in-person to deliver to Procurement Directorate, Tower III, 1st floor.

iv. Bids shall be opened at the above-mentioned address, on April 25, 2023, at 10:05 A.M. in the presence of bidders and/or their authorized representatives.

vi. Bidders should present their Financial and Technical documents separately in a sealed envelope for the project.

vii. The language of the tender is English.

viii. DBE reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
