2. The bid document shall be obtained commencing since April 3, 2023 from Wegagen Bank S.C., Head Office, Procurement and Supplies Management Office, 16th floor at Wegagen Tower, in front of A.A. Stadium, by paying non-refundable fee of Birr 200.00 (Two Hundred Birr) by depositing in Account Number 0736452410101 at Wegagen Bank S.C. any Branch during office hour and bring one copy during bid document collection.
3. Presentation of copy renewed trade license, Tax Clearance Certificate, TIN Certificate, and VAT/TOT Registration Certificate is mandatory.
4. Bid proposal shall be accompanied by Bank bid bond by the under listed amount for each item in the name "Wegagen Bank S.C" in separately sealed envelope.

5. Presentation of customer samples for each item is mandatory at the time of bid opening.
6. The bidders need to present their proposals in sealed envelopes.
7.Bid submitted without prescribed security bond and presence of customer samples shall be liable for rejection at the time of tender opening. Tender documents (Technical and financial) and security bond at least for 90 days shall be submitted separately.
8. Bid Documents must be deposited in the tender box prepared separately for this purpose at Wegagen Bank S.C, Procurement and Supplies Management, during office hours before or on April 17, 2023, at 9:00 P.M. at the place mentioned under no. 2 above.
9. Bid opening shall be held on April 17, 2023, at 9:30 P.M. with the presence of bidders or designated representatives.
10. Failure to comply with any of the conditions from (2) to (8) above shall result in automatic rejection.
11. The winner suppliers shall summit 10% of the award amount in the form of a Performance Bond Guarantee.
