1. Dashen Bank invites eligible and interested potential bidders for the procurement of different itemsas per the below detail;

2. Interested and eligible bidders are invited to purchase and download of the bidding document via https://extratenders.net/ or https://dashen.afrotender.com for bid ref. no. DBOT05226/27,DBOT05426/27 and DBOT05526/27 and DBOT05726/27 and for bid Ref. no. DBOT05126/27, DBOT05326/27,DBOT05626/27&DBOT05826/27via SAP Arriba System to access the bidding document by having paid Non-refundable fee ETB 500.00 (Birr Five Hundred only) for each bid starting from October 12, 2026.
3. All interested bidders should be registered on the Bank's supplier list data base system via https://dashenbanksc.com/sap-ariba-supplier-registration/.
4. Copy of renewed and valid Trade License, VAT Registration Certificate and TIN Certificate are required while submitting the bid document.
5. Bidders must present a bid security in the form of unconditional & irrevocable Bank Guarantee or cashier's payment order (CPO) at least valid for 120 days upon submission of proposal or offer. At the same time, the bid validity shall be 90 days.
6. Bidders must submit the Technical and the Financial Offer in separate envelopes in duplicate copies labeled as original and copy accompanied by a bid security in an acceptable form as stated in the bidding document as stated below:-
   • For bid Ref No. DBOT05226/27,DBOT05426/27&DBOT05526/27, the sealed bid proposal shall be placed in the box prepared for this purpose on October 23 ,2026 up to 5:00 PM, Afternoon.
   • For bid Ref. No.DBOT05126/27, &DBOT05826/27, the bid proposal shall be submitted through the Banks Online system electronically before or on October 23, 2026 up to 5:00 PM, Afternoon.    • For bid Ref No. DBOT05726/27, the sealed bid proposal shall be placed in the box prepared for this purpose on October 26 ,2026 up to 5:00 PM, Afternoon.
   • For bid Ref. No. DBOT05326/27& DBOT05626/27 the bid proposal shall be submitted through the Banks Online system electronically before or on October 26, 2026 up to 5:00 PM, Afternoon.
7. Bids shall be opened in the presence of bidders or their legal representativesas follows:
   • Bid ref.no. DBOT05226/27, DBOT05426/27 & DBOT05526/27 tentatively on October 24, 2026 @ 9:00 A.M Morning at the office of Supply Chain Management Department Meeting hall, HQ Building 7th floor.
   • Bid ref.no. DBOT05726/27 tentatively on October 27, 2026 @ 2:00 P.M Afternoon at the office of Supply Chain Management Department Meeting hall, HQ Building 7th floor.
   • For bids shall be opened in the presence of bidders or their legal representatives virtually as follows
   • Bid ref.no. DBOT05126/27&DBOT05826/27 tentatively October 24, 2026 @9:00 AM Morning by SAP Arriba System.
   • Bid ref.no. DBOT05326/27 & DBOT05626/27 tentatively October27, 2026 @9:00 AM Moring by SAP Arriba System.
8. Failure to comply with any of the conditions stated above from 3 to 6 shall result in automatic rejection.
9. The Bank reserves the right to accept or reject the bid either partially or fully.
