Addis Ababa Light Rail Transport Service Enterprise (AALRTSE) would like to invite interested and qualified bidders for the procurement of the Kality depot and Ayat depot rolling stock office, OCC building. Maintenance Center Building and Main gate and fence Maintenance with the open National competitive tendering procedures.

1. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open national competitive tendering procedures contained in the Public Procurement Proclamation of the Government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and Addis Ababa city administration procurement Directives and is open to all bidders from eligible source countries.
2. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from, AALRTSE and inspect the bidding document at the address given below from April 3. 2023 - April 21, 2023, from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Working days.
3. A complete set of bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders at the address given below upon payment of a non-refundable fee of 500 (Five Hundred ) Birr. The method of payment will be in cash.
4. Bid must be delivered to the address below on or before 10:00 am on April 24, 2023.
5. All bidders must be providing unconditional and irrevocable bank guarantee or CPO From a recognized bank with the amount of 200,000 ETB for Lot -4 and Lot -5
6. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders' representatives who choose to attend at the address below at 7 (b) at 10:30 am on April 24, 2023
7. One bidder is allowed only to participate in a single Lot. Lot Four (4) Ayat depot and Kality depot Rolling stock office and OCC building maintenance *Lot Five (5) Main gate and fence maintenance
8. 9. The bidder must have grade of GC | BC-5 and above construction licenses for all Lots
10. AALRTSE reserves the right to reject any or all bids and any items on the bid.
