INSTRUCTION TO BID

• Bid Name: Supply of different stationary materials

Cooperative Bank of Oromlo S.C. invites potential suppliers to submit a sealed Bid for the supply of different stationary materials whose specifications are detailed in the Bidding Document,

Hence, bidders are invited to participate in the supply of the above-stated items.

1. Interested and eligible bidders may collect the bidding document during office hours (Monday to Friday) from 8:00 am-12:00 pm and 1:00 pm-5:00 pm and Saturday from 8:00 am-12:00 pm commencing from April 04, 2023, until bid closing date from Rang Real Estate 7th floor adjacent to Shoa Shopping Center around Bole Rwanda, Office of the Procurement Team.
2. A complete set of bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders upon payment of a non-returnable fee of Birr 300 (Birr three hundred only) at any Coopbank braches by using Account No. ETB1446500010001.
3. Bidders should provide of eligibility copy (Renewed Trade License, VAT Registration Certificate, TIN Certificate, and Manufacturer's Authorization Letter).
4. A bid document must be accompanied by a bid security of birr stated in the table above. The bid bond shall be in the form of CPO or unconditional Bank guarantee in the name of Cooperative Bank of Oromia which is valid for 120 days in a separate envelope attached to the bid document.
5. Prices quoted shall remain valid for 20 days from the Bid opening date
6. Bidder should submit a Completed Bid document to be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes marked with the Bid name Supply and Delivery of different stationary materials and deposited in the Bid Box on the 7th Floor on or before April 25, 2023, at 2:00 P.M, Late bids will not be accepted and will be returned unopened.
7. Bidders shall provide the samples along with their bid documents.
8. The complete bid must be submitted in one original, clearly marked "ORIGINAL" and one copy also, clearly marked "COPY" and each envelope shall be separately signed and wax sealed which in the event of any discrepancy between them the Original will prevail - then both of which will be submitted in an envelope sealed and clearly marked with identifying the item to supply, "For Supply of different stationary materials".
9. Bids will be opened on April 25, 2023, at 2:30 P.M. at the Supply Chain Management Office Meeting Room, RANG Real Estate 7th floor.
10. Interested bidders may participate in the bidding opening ceremony.
11. Please be informed that the bank will not facilitate foreign currency approval and LC. So that, it is expected from your own sources and the quotation should be in Ethiopian Birr.
12. Cooperative Bank of Oromia reserves the right to fully or partially cancel the bid.
