We have reviewed the document and preparing our technical and financial proposal; however we got some points to be clarified;

If we are expected to propose the drawings as well, please clarify the area of each block and rooms that must be included in each Block Or the expected room accommodations of each Blocks

As indicated on the LTA pdf, we put it in 2 lots Two LOTs – see screenshot

First LOT substructure civil works foundation

Second LOT the superstructure prefab

So for the clarification question of financial quotation, we could clarify: for each lot bidders to make a unit cost per area (m2), so a unit financial evaluation can be made.

Plus, to request a distance factor from Addis Ababa (assuming companies are basing from Addis) – to account the transportation & related cost.

Requesting their design drawing & specification BoQ for a typical design (that has rooms, latrine, etc) is also important to assess their product technical quality/ qualification.

Kindly note to the potential bidders that this is not about giving their price offers currently. but rather a kind of technical evaluation to assess their experience, potential technical and financially plus methodological approaches to execute Works.

The main purpose of this LTA bid is to put potential vendors on a roaster for potential jobs into which they will give their offers for specific identified service needs.
