In order to support our program in Amhara Region at Kombolcha Town, Concern worldwide- Ethiopia invites bids from eligible and competent suppliers or manufacturers who can supply the under-listed shelter repair kits.

1. A complete set of bid documents can be obtained from the following addresses during working hours Monday to Friday starting from 17 August 2022.

2. Bidders should be aware of and comply with the following conditions. Also, the under listed documents MUST present along with the bid proposal:
- Valid and related business license, signed tender declaration, copy of TIN and VAT registration certificate.
3. Bidders are allowed to participate for a single Lot or collectively.
4. Bids shall be submitted in two separate sealed envelopes-technical and financial proposal and should be submitted to the above address on or before 31 August 2022 at 10:00 AM.
5. Bids will be opened on 31 August 2022 at 10:30 AM, however, due to COVID, bidders will not be invited to attend the opening session.
6. Interested eligible tenderers may obtain further information from our transport & Logistics unit during working hours before the closing date.
7. Failure to comply with any of the conditions from (2) above shall result in an automatic rejection, also Concern is not bound to accept late, unsealed or incomplete bids.
8. Tenderers are advised to read the tender dossier carefully.
9. Concern World Wide-Ethiopia reserves the right to reject all or part of the bids.
