Premier Switch Solutions S.C (PSS) hereinafter referred to as ("The Purchaser") is pleased to announce an Open bid for the Procurement of card personalization machine spare parts, whose specifications are detailed in the bid document. Hence, we invite potential Bidders to submit their proposals.

1.1 A complete set of bidding documents can be obtained by interested bidders upon payment of a non-refundable Birr 100.00 (One Hundred Birr) from Premier Switch Solutions, Corporate Service Department, 7th Floor Awash Insurance Building, Awash Towers, Ras Abebe Aregay Street P.O.Box 14805 Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.

Africa Avenue, starting from August 17, 2022, up to September 09, 2022, at 2:00 PM during working hours from Monday to Saturday.

1.2. Bidders should provide a copy of eligibility documents (Renewed Trade License, VAT Registration Certificate, and TIN Certificate).

1.3 Bidder should submit a complete bid document to be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes marked with the Bid name Supply of card personalization machine spare parts to Corporate Service Department on or before September 09, 2022, at 2:00 PM. Late bids will not be accepted and will be returned unopened.

1.4 Bid Document should be accompanied by bid Security of Birr 50,000.00 Birr or 962.00 USD

1.5. The bid bond shall be in the form of a CPO or unconditional Bank Guarantee and shall be valid for 120 days from the Bid opening date.

1.6. Prices quoted shall remain valid for 120 days from the Bid opening date.

1.7. Bids will be opened on September 09, 2022, at 2:30 PM in the presence of the bidders or their representatives who choose to attend the PSS Board room.
