1. SIINQEE BANK SHARE COMPANY has allocated a budget towards the cost of procurement of Furniture and Fittings, and it is intended that part of the proceeds of this budget will be applied to eligible payments under the contract for which this invitation for bids is issued.

3. Bidding will be conducted through National Competitive Bidding (NCB) procedures contained in the Bank's Procurement Manual and Policy and are open to all eligible bidders.
4. A complete set of Bidding Documents in English may be obtained by interested and eligible Bidder from the office of Accounts and Finance, Odaa Tower 6th floor Office No. 608, Addis Ababa upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 350.00 (Birr Three Hundred Fifty) from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm local time (Monday - Friday) and from 8:30 am to 12:30 pm on Saturday except on public or government holidays, if any.
5. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security amount indicated in the tender document from recognized banks.
6. All bids in one original plus one copy properly filled in, signed, and stamped should be dropped in the Tender Box prepared for this purpose at Procurement and Supply Management Department, 5th floor Office No. 505 on or before 2:30 P.m. on August 24th, 2022
7. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders representatives who choose to attend the opening ceremony on August 24th, 2022 at 3:00 P.M. at the company's meeting hall located on the 7th floor.
8. Late Bids, bids not opened and not read out in public at the bid opening ceremony shall not be accepted for further evaluation purposes.
9. In case any unforeseen situation or Public or Government Holiday resulting in the Closure of Office on the date of opening the Tender shall be opened on the next working day at the same time and venue.
10. The SIINQEE BANK SHARE COMPANY reserves the right to reject any bid and to annul the bidding process and reject all bids at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to bidders.
