Afar Pastoralist Development Association (APDA) invites all interested and eligible bidders for the supply of Diesel Generator

BID INVITATION

Afar Pastoralist Development Association (APDA) in cooperation with ELMA relief foundation wants to invite all interested and eligible bidders for the supply of 'Diesel Generator for Borehole' for the project titled: -Immediate assistance and linked recovery in Erebti, Afar Region, Ethiopia.

A complete tender document in English is available at the Head office in Samara and liaison office in Addis Ababa. Interested and eligible bidders can purchase it upon payment of a non-refundable fee of 100.00 ETB (One Hundred Birr only) in cash and upon submission of a written application letter together with copies of the following legal documents:

1. Companies that have licenses on general trading, building materials supply or related business
2. Commercial and Business License Renewed for the year 2014 E.C.
3. Tax Payer Identification Registration (TIN) certificates.
4. VAT15% registered
5. 2% CPO or a Bank guarantee can be secured.

The bid document can be collected from the Head office in Samara, Afar Region. The bidders should submit their proposals within Seven consecutive days starting from the announcement date of this bid 30/07/2022 at 8:00 AM in the Morning. The bid closing date will then be 05/08/2022 at 4:00 PM in the afternoon and the opening will be on 08/08/03/2022 at 9:30 AM in the morning in Samara head office, Afar Region.

The bid proposal must be accompanied by a 2% of CPO or bank guarantee and originals and copies of the above-mentioned legal documents. The bid shall be wax, sealed, and vividly marked. The bid document should be inserted in the bid box placed at the Samara-APDA head office.

Bidders are requested to fulfill all the necessary conditions clearly indicated in the bid documents!

Afar Pastoralist Development Association reserves the right to fully or partially cancel the bid.
