Oromia Forest and Wildlife Enterprise would like to make a Notification for Bid Closing and Opening Time Extension and Amendment to the Bid Document for the construction of Goba G+4 mixed-use Building, in Bale zone, Goba Town

Notification for Bid Opening Time Extension and Amendment in Bid Document

Oromia Forest and Wildlife Enterprise has been made an invitation to bid in The Ethiopian Herald newspaper dated June 25, 2022, for the construction of Goba G+4 mixed-use Building, in Bale zone, Goba Town. However minor points or discrepancies are observed in the Bid document and Invitation to Bid that requires modification/correction as listed below.

1. The bid security amount of Birr 500,000.00 (Five Hundred Thousand Birr) written on the invitation to bid is amended to the amount written in the Bid document which is Birr 300,000 (Three hundred Thousand Birr) and the bid validity period is as written in the Bid data sheet of the Bid document.
2. The procurement reference No. written on the invitation to bid as OFWE -17/2014 is amended to Procurement reference No. 002/2022 as written in Bid Document.
3. The former Bill of Quantities (BOQ) is wholly amended and changed to the new BOQ. Accordingly, for the bidders to incorporate the amendments in their technical and Financial proposal, we have extended the bid submission date from July 26, 2022, to August 5, 2022 (h. 29 /2014). So, Bidders who did not collect the amended BOQ are requested to collect at any office hours up to the new date for the bid closing date which is August 5, 2022, but not later than 4:00 local time. The technical proposal opening of bidders will take place at the address below at 4:30 local time.
