SOS CHILDREN’S VILLAGES ETHIOPIA is part of a global humanitarian organization dedicated to improving the care of children deprived of parental care. We provide Family-like Care and Social Services for vulnerable families through our Family Strengthening Projects. Currently, we operate in seven locations; Addis Ababa, Bahir Dar, Mekelle, Jimma, Harar, Hawassa and Gode with additional satellite projects in each Region and the National Office in Addis Ababa.

The Organization intends to purchase different materials as listed below. School furniture/Combined Desk, Stationary, Kitchen utilities/house hold materials, women and men beauty salon materials and refrigerator for Debre Tabor and Gondar projects.

Interested participants are required to make a non-refundable payment of 100 ETB to SOS Children’s Villages, Ethiopia Bahir Dar program, account name: SOS Children’s village Bahir Dar Bank: Commercial Bank Of Ethiopia, account number: 1000012858152 and
bring the deposit slip while taking the bill document. Upon receipt of the payment confirmation and verification, they will receive the tender package. Tender package can be obtained in hard copy at the SOS CHILDREN’S VILLAGES ETHIOPIA, BAHIRDAR LOCATION OFFICE

The bidders must comply with all the instructions, terms and conditions and ensure that all forms required are properly completed and submitted.

Bidders are required to submit with their bid document; - renew trade license, Vat certificate, registration certificate and Tin certificate

Bidder are required to submit 1% of their bid price as a guarantee of the bid in CPO or bank letter of guarantee.

The deadline for the submission will be Monday, July 20th 2022, 11:00 am (morning) Ethiopia time from the date of advertisement. All Financial Offers and Qualification documents received after the deadline time will be rejected.
