ከዝርዝር መግለጫው (Specification ) ውጭ ዋጋ መሙላት በህግ አግባብ ተጠያቂነት የሚያስከትል መሆኑን በጥብቅ እናሳስባለን፤
ኦርጂናል እና አድስ ደረጃውን የጠበቀ ዕቃው መሆን አለበት፤
