Mercy Corps is seeking qualified consultancies to participate an open Request for Proposals (RFP): “Lead Consultancy to Validate and Design the SPiRiT Ethiopia Programme, a Coalition of Mercy Corps/Prosper Global, International Medical Corps (IMC), Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC), Concern Worldwide, Plan International, and Welthungerhilfe, Including Ambition Validation, Employment and Market Systems Analysis, Programme Architecture, Investment Case Development, Financial Modelling, Donor and Investor Mapping, Resource Mobilization Strategy, and Development of Donor-Ready Concept Notes and Engagement Packages”.
If you are interested to participate it, you should collect an ITB (Intent To Bid) document and submit it according to the guidelines below.

- Bidders can send an email to et-tender-questions@mercycorps.org and Request the ITB Document. Requests sent without a description and Tender reference number may not be considered. Requests for ITB forms sent by email after 3rd of Nov 2026 at 5:00 PM will not be considered.
Completed ITB Form must be submitted to Mercy Corps by Wednesday Nov 6, 2026, 05:00 PM through et-tender-questions@mercycorps.org with the Tender Reference number in the email subject line.
After the closing date of this Tender Notice, the tender package will be sent to only the suppliers who submitted the filled out, signed, and stamped Intent to Bid.
Mercy Corps reserves the right to reject ITBs that were not properly filled out.
