INVITATION FOR AUDITORS

"C:\Users\Pc\Documents\ምስጌ\5.jpg" invites independent and public external auditors that were certified and authorized by AABE (Accounting and Auditing Board of Ethiopia) to submit technical and financial proposals (in separate sealed envelopes) for the audit of the company's financial statements to be prepared in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) for three consecutive fiscal years:

• Bid Closing Date: 06/11/2026 at 11:00 afternoon local time
• Bid Opening Date: 07/11/2026 at 3:30 morning local time

• 2026/27 (ending June 30, 2027)
• 2027/28 (ending June 30, 2028)
• 2028/29 (ending June 30,2029)

Required Documents and Instructions:

1. Valid certificate of incorporation/registration, renewed trade license, tax clearance certificate, VAT registration certificate and license from AABE.
2. The bidder shall prepare and submit two copies of the bid documents (technical and financial proposals).
3. The audit fee shall be stated separately for each fiscal year.
4. Both the technical and financial proposals must be submitted in a wax-sealed envelopes clearly marked as "Technical Proposal" and "Financial Proposal."
5. The complete bid document both technical and financial proposals shall be submitted from November 02, 2026 through all working hours to November 06, 2026, 11:00 afternoon local time, and will be opened on November 07, 2026 3:30 morning in the company's meeting hall, Head Office, 6th Floor, in the presence of bidders or their legal representatives.
6. Sheger Microfinance S.C reserves the right to reject any or all bids without assigning any reason.
