The Ethiopian Orthodox Tewahdo Church Development and Inter-Church Aid Commission, Refugee and Returnee Affairs Department (EOTC-DICAC/RRAD), wishes to purchase the following items for the UNHCR-funded Melkadida refugee assistance project.
Tender Conditions
- Submission: Interested suppliers may submit their proforma invoice and all other relevant credentials, together with a bid security of 2% of the quoted price including VAT in the form of a CPO from a recognized bank, to the EOTC-DICAC Addis Ababa Office, 4 Kilo, 2nd floor, opposite Tourist Hotel, on or before the 10th day from the date of this advertisement.
- Bid closing and opening: Bids will be closed and opened on the 10th day of this advertisement (November 06, 2026) at 10:30 am at the Commission’s hall.
- Delivery: Within 5 to 10 days of notification through an official letter.
- Samples: A sample exercise book and pen must be submitted with the proforma invoice so that the quality and suitability of the products can be evaluated.
- Right of rejection: EOTC-DICAC reserves the right to reject any bid fully or partially.
