- Chemical Industry Corporation: Mugher Cement Factory invites eligible bidders to participate in the bid to supply "Compensator (Expansion Joint) for pyro processing system".
- Eligible supplier agents can obtain tender documents by presenting a copy of their renewed Trade License (Foreign Trade Auxiliary), TAX Identification Number Certificate, VAT Registration Certificate and payment of 575.00 ETB (including VAT), from Mugher Cement Factory procurement department, Addis Ababa, Chemical Industry Corporation head Office located around Gerji, former Imperial Hotel mezzanine Floor during Working hours from 08:00 AM to 04:30 PM local time.
- Bids must be accompanied by a bid security equivalent to 2% of the total bidder's offer. This security must be issued in the form of a Bank Guarantee held directly in the name of the principal supplier (not by a local agent). The guarantee shall be payable on first written demand by Chemical Industry Corporation: Mugher Cement Factory.
- Wax-sealed bids must be submitted to the Mugher Cement Factory Procurement Department office on or before November 17, 2026, at 09:30 AM local time. Bidders are required to submit their Technical Offer (one original and one copy) and Financial Offer (one original only) in separate, sealed envelopes.
- Bids (Technical Offer) will be opened on November 17, 2026, at 10:00 AM local time at the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives
- Bidders must clearly specify the hard currency (e.g., USD, EUR, etc.) in which their financial offer is being submitted and evaluated.
- Bidders must submit detailed specifications for each quoted item along with their bidding documents.
- Failure to comply with any of the conditions outlined in No 2 through 7 above will result in automatic rejection from the biding process.
