1.የግዥ ፈፃሚው አካል ስም የመከላከያ ጤና ዋና መምሪያ(Defence Health Main Department) ነው፡፡
2. ለዋናው መምሪያው አገልግሎት የሚውሉ የዋና መምሪያው አርማ ያለበት ኖት ቡክና እስክርቢቶ ዋጋ ስትሠጡ ጥራታቸውን የጠበቁ መሆን ይኖርባቸዋል፡፡
3.በቀረበው ስፔስፊኬሽን መሠረት የተሰሩትን ማቴሪያሎቹን ገቢ ከመደረጋቸው በፊት ናሙና በማቅረብ ጥራቱን ማረጋገጥ ይኖርበታል፡፡
2. ለዋናው መምሪያው አገልግሎት የሚውሉ የዋና መምሪያው አርማ ያለበት ኖት ቡክና እስክርቢቶ ዋጋ ስትሠጡ ጥራታቸውን የጠበቁ መሆን ይኖርባቸዋል፡፡
3.በቀረበው ስፔስፊኬሽን መሠረት የተሰሩትን ማቴሪያሎቹን ገቢ ከመደረጋቸው በፊት ናሙና በማቅረብ ጥራቱን ማረጋገጥ ይኖርበታል፡፡
