ድርጅቱ ያሸነፈበትን ዕቃ ሙሉ በሙሉ ከማሰገባት በፈት ሳምፕል ናሙና አምጥቶየማሰየት ግዴታ አለበት፤
ድርጅቱ ያሸናፍበት ዕቃ በተወደደረበት ሰፔሰፍኬሸን መሰረት በትክከል ሳያቀርብ ቢገኝ ተቋሙ
አሰፈላጊዉንህጋዊ እርምጃ ይወሰደል::
