1 ማንኛውም ተጫራች አሸናፊ መሆኑ ከተረጋገጠ እስከ መስሪያ ቤቱ ማለትም ድሬደዋ አካቢቢ የሚገኘው በሰላም ማስከበር ማዕከል የኮንቲጀንት ማሰልጠኛ ት/ቤት ሁርሶ ድረስ የሚያስረክብበት ቦታ ላይ ያሉትን ማንኛውንም የመጓጓዣ ተያያዥ ወጪዎችን ርክክብ እስኪጠናቀቅ ድረስ ያለውን ወጪ በራሱ ይሸፈናል፡፡
2 መስሪያ ቤቱ የተሻለ ዘዴ/አማራጭ/ካገኘ ጨረታውን ሙሉ በሙሉ ወይም በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው፡፡
