1 መስሪያ ቤቱ የተሻለ ዘዴ/አማራጭ/ካገኘ ጨረታውን ሙሉ በሙሉ ወይም በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው፡፡
2. ማንኛውም ተጫራች አሸናፊ መሆኑ ከተረጋገጠ እስከ መስሪያ ቤቱ ማለትም ድሬደዋ አካቢቢ የሚገኘው በሰላም ማስከበር ማዕከል የኮንቲጀንት ማሰልጠኛ ት/ቤት ሁርሶ ድረስ የሚያስረክብበት ቦታ ላይ ያሉትን ማንኛውንም የመጓጓዣ፣የሙያተኛ ድጋፍ እና ሌሎች ተያያዥ ወጪዎችን ርክክብ እስኪጠናቀቅ ድረስ ያለውን ወጪ በራሱ ይሸፈናል፡፡
2. ማንኛውም ተጫራች አሸናፊ መሆኑ ከተረጋገጠ እስከ መስሪያ ቤቱ ማለትም ድሬደዋ አካቢቢ የሚገኘው በሰላም ማስከበር ማዕከል የኮንቲጀንት ማሰልጠኛ ት/ቤት ሁርሶ ድረስ የሚያስረክብበት ቦታ ላይ ያሉትን ማንኛውንም የመጓጓዣ፣የሙያተኛ ድጋፍ እና ሌሎች ተያያዥ ወጪዎችን ርክክብ እስኪጠናቀቅ ድረስ ያለውን ወጪ በራሱ ይሸፈናል፡፡
