1.መ/ቤቱ የተሻለ ዘዴ ካገኘው ጨረታውን ሙሉ በሙሉ ሆነ በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው፡፡
2. ተጫራቾች ጨረታ ከመዘጋቱ በፊት የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ 10000.00 /አስር ሺ /ብር በሲፒኦ በሃርድ ኮፒ ማቅረብ አለባቸው፡
ማሳሰቢያ፡ጨረታው ከመዘጋቱ በፊት ሲፒኦ በሃርድ ኮፒ ያላቀረበ ተጫራች ከውድድር ውጪ ይሆናል፡፡
2. ተጫራቾች ጨረታ ከመዘጋቱ በፊት የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ 10000.00 /አስር ሺ /ብር በሲፒኦ በሃርድ ኮፒ ማቅረብ አለባቸው፡
ማሳሰቢያ፡ጨረታው ከመዘጋቱ በፊት ሲፒኦ በሃርድ ኮፒ ያላቀረበ ተጫራች ከውድድር ውጪ ይሆናል፡፡
