1. ዩንቨርሰቲው ጨረታውን ሙሉ በሙሉም ሆነ በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው፡፡
2. ክፍያው የሚፈፀመው እቃውን/ወይም ስራውን ጨርሶ ቴከኒክ ሲረጋገጥ ይሆናል፡፡ በተረከብን በዓስራ ዓምስት (15) ተከታታይ የስራ ቀን ይሆናል፡፡
3. እቃውን በተጠየቀው መሰረት የሚቀርብ ይሆናል ፡፡
