Ethiopian Insurance Corporation invites all interested and eligible bidders to participate in the bid for the supply of the following items.

- The bid is open to all eligible bidders having supplier renewed license, those currently registered by Ministry of Trade and Industry, Registration for Value Added Tax (VAT), Tax Identification Number (TIN) and Tax Clearance.
- A complete set of bid documents can be obtained against payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 500.00 (Five Hundred Birr) for EACH LOT from Procurement and Material Planning Department, Ethiopian Insurance Corporation Head office building 1st floor room No.108 from October 22, 2026.
- The bid must be accompanied by a bid security of Birr 900,000.00 (Nine Hundred Thousand Birr) for Lot 1, Birr 450,000.00 (Four Hundred Fifty Thousand Birr) for Lot 2, Birr 400,000.00 (Four Hundred Thousand) for Lot 3 and Birr 1,200,000.00 (One Million Two Hundred Thousand Birr) for Lot 4 separately in the form of CPO or Unconditional Bank Guarantee valid for (90) Ninety days.
- Bid documents must be delivered to Procurement and Material Planning Department, Ethiopian Insurance Corporation Head Office Building 1st floor room No.108 on November 12, 2026 up to 2:00 AM and bid shall be opened on the same date at Procurement Directorate Office Conference hall as per the following schedule; Lot 1 at 2:30 PM, Lot 2 at 2:45 PM, Lot 3 at 3:00 PM and Lot 4 at 3:15PM.
