አገልግሎቱን በተፈለገው ጊዜና ፍጥነት ማግኘት እንዲቻል ይረዳ ዘንድ በውድድሩ መሳተፍ የሚችሉት በሀዋሳ ከተማ ውስጥ የሚገኙ ማተሚያ ቤት ያላቸው ድርጅቶች ብቻ ናቸው፡፡
