1- -ተጫራቾች አሸናፊ ያሸነፈበባቸውን እቃዎች ገቢዎች ሚ/ር ድሬዳዋ ቅርንጫፍ ጽ/ቤት ቅጥር ግቢ ድረስ ማምጣት የሚጠበቅበት ሲሆን ተጋባዡ ይህን ከግምት ውስጥ በማስገባት እንዲወዳደሩ ይጠበቃል፡፡
2--ተጫራቾች አሸናፊ መ/ቤቱ በሚመድበው ሰራተኛ ስለትክክለኛነታቸው አስመርምሮ ያስረክባል፡፡
3--ተጫራቾች የተሰነጠቀ፣የተሰበረ ወይም የተሸራረፈ፣ የጎደለ፣ ወይም ከመስፈርት (specification) ውጪ የሆኑ እቃዎች አቅራቢው በራሱ ወጪ ይመልሳል ወይም ያስተካክላል ፡፡
4- ለሚወዳደሩበት አቅርቦት በዘርፉ የንግድ ስራ ፈቃድ ማቅረብ ይጠበቅባቸዋል፡፡
5-ተቋሙ ጨረታውን በሙሉም ሆነ በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው፡
