2. ልዩ መለያ /QR Code/ የታተመበት የካሽ ሬጂስተር ደረሠኝ ማቅረብ የሚችል ወይም የካሽ ሬጂስተር ማሽን ላለመጠቀሙ ወቅታዊ እና ህጋዊ ማስረጃ ማቅረብ የሚችል ፡፡
3. የቤት መወልወያ ደረጃውን የጠበቀ እኛ በላክነው ሳምኘል መሠረት
