Development Bank of Ethiopia invites interested bidders to participate on the bid for the supply of different Electric Vehicles and Infrastructure.
Therefore,
- Interested bidders are required to submit together with their bid documents:-
- I. Renewed Trade License
- II. TIN Certificate
- III. VAT Registration Certificate
- IV. Tax clearance certificate
- V. Supplier Registration Certificate
- Interested bidders may purchase a soft copy of bidding document starting from October 14, 2026, upon payment of a non-refundable Birr 500 (Birr Five Hundred only) to Customer Transaction Service office, at DBE head office Tower II, Ground Floor and collect soft copy of the bid documents from Procurement Directorate located at Kiamed Building, 1st floor, Near to DBE head office, during working hours.
- Bid shall be accompanied with the following bid security in the form of C.P.O or unconditional bank guarantee from recognized bank.

- Bids shall be opened in the above mentioned address, on November 03, 2026 at 10:05 A.M or (4:05 Local time, Morning) in the presence of bidders and/or their authorized representatives.
- Interested bidders may obtain further information from Procurement Directorate located at Kiamed Building, 1st floor, Near to DBE head office, during working hours Tel + 251115244090, ext 1216;
- Bidders should present Original and Copy of their Financial, Technical documents separately in sealed envelope.
- The language of the tender is English.
- DBE reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
