The invitation letter announced on date October 14, 2026 GC on Ethiopian Herald Magazine on Number 8 the bid security not written in correct way. So the amended article
8) All bids must be accompanied by a "Bid Security" of ETB 4,000,000.00 (Four Million birr only) for Lot 1 & 2,500,000.00 (Two Million Five Hundred Thousand birr only) for Lot II, in the form of CPO (Cash Payment Order) & Unconditional Bank Guarantee only. The bid security is valid for 120 days after the bid opening date.
So all bidders use the amount of bid security as specified above the rest requirement on the invitation letter on date October 14, 2026 GC remain on the invitation letter. And also the amended item on the SBD.
