Consultancy to Strengthen Organizational Resilience and Crisis Response
OSSHD a non-governmental indigenous organization engaged on HIV Prevention, Vaccine services prevision, to IDPs camp management, SRH services and similar programs for the last 36 years. Now OSSHD invites eligible consultancy firms to bid for an assignment to strengthen the organization’s readiness and resilience in crisis settings and generate evidence to inform humanitarian and HIV prevention programming in Ethiopia.
Assignment at a glance
| Main services | Assess organizational crisis readiness; develop/adapt a crisis-response toolkit; establish security situation monitoring and notification arrangements; conduct a humanitarian situation and actor analysis in agreed crisis-prone areas; and recommend HIV prevention approaches suited to crisis-affected settings. |

| Who may apply | Consultancy firms with relevant multidisciplinary experience in organizational resilience/crisis response, humanitarian analysis, public health/HIV, safeguarding, and stakeholder facilitation. |
| Proposal package | Submit a technical proposal with approach, workplan, team CVs, and comparable assignment references, plus a separate financial proposal stating itemized costs in Ethiopian Birr and applicable taxes. Seal the financial proposal separately. |
| Deadline | The bid document should be submitted before or on October 19,2026 at 10:00am |
| Bid Security | 2% of the quoted fee to be furnished in CPO from recognized financial institute. |
The detailed Terms of Reference (ToR) and any other required information can be obtained from OSSHD Head Office upon payment of a non-refundable fee of ETB 300.

Bids will be evaluated in accordance with the criteria specified in the solicitation documents. OSSHD reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in accordance with its procurement procedures.
