Supply and Delivery of ICT and Communication Equipment
IFB Reference No.: HRNS-ETH/PRC/00092/2026/

HRNS-Ethiopia (Hanns R. Neumann Stiftung) invites eligible, licensed and experienced suppliers to submit sealed bids for the supply and delivery of the following brand-new, genuine ICT and communication equipment for its Country and Field Offices. Bidders may submit offers for one or more lots, clearly identifying each lot in the technical and financial proposals.

Eligibility and Mandatory Bid Requirements

• Valid renewed business licence relevant to the supply of ICT, electronic or communication equipment.
• Valid business registration certificate.
• Tax Identification Number (TIN) certificate.
• VAT registration certificate.
• Current tax-clearance certificate.
• Company profile, including full address and contact details.
• Evidence of relevant supply experience, supported by verifiable client references, contracts, purchase orders or completion certificates.
• Technical offer for each proposed lot clearly stating the brand, exact model, manufacturer, country of origin, warranty period and delivery period.
• A point-by-point compliance statement responding to every specification listed in this advertisement. Any deviation shall be clearly disclosed.
• Manufacturer datasheets, catalogues or brochures for the exact offered models.
• Equivalent or newer models are acceptable only when the bidder demonstrates that every offered specification meets or exceeds the stated minimum requirement.
• Financial offer showing the lot number, item description, quantity, unit price, subtotal, VAT and total price.
• Quoted prices shall include delivery, loading, unloading, accessories, warranty obligations and all other costs required for complete delivery to HRNS-Ethiopia.
• All equipment and accessories shall be brand-new, genuine, unused and free from defects. Refurbished, reconditioned, used or counterfeit products are not acceptable.
• Technical and financial proposals shall be signed and stamped by an authorized representative.

Bid Packaging, Collection and Submission

• The technical proposal and financial proposal shall be placed in separate sealed envelopes.
• Both inner envelopes shall be enclosed in one sealed outer envelope.
• The outer envelope shall clearly show the IFB reference number, bidder's legal name and contact information, and the wording "Supply and Delivery of ICT and Communication Equipment - Do Not Open Before the Official Bid Opening."
• Interested suppliers may collect the complete bidding documents during regular working hours from the HRNS-Ethiopia Country Office or request clarification using the contact details below.
• Submission address: HRNS-Ethiopia Country Office, Bole Sub-City, Woreda 06, House No. 289/12, Gurd Shola, on the road from Megenagna to Century Mall, near the Ethio Ceramics Building, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.

Late, unsealed, improperly marked or electronically submitted bids may be rejected. HRNS-Ethiopia reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, cancel the process, request clarification, verify submitted information, or award by lot without incurring liability to bidders.
