• በተጠየቀዉ መለኪያ ጥራት ያለዉ ደረጃዉን የኤሌክትሪክ መጋዝ (Royce Electric Chain Saw RCS-2350 & Electric Pole Saw pruner የጠበቀመሆኑን በማረጋገጥ ዋጋ መሞያዉ ላይ የወቅቱን የገበያ ዋጋ ያገናዘበ ሞልተዉ ማቅረብ አለባቸዉ፡፡
• አሸናፊዉ ድርጅት በአርባ ምንጭ ዩኒቨርሲቲ ጠያቂው ስራ ክፍል በተጠየቀዉ ጥራት ስፔስፊኬሽን መሰረት መሆኑን ሲረጋገጥ ዕቃ ግምጃ ቤት ማስረከብ አለበት::
• ዩኒቨርሲቲዉ ጨረታዉን የተሻለ አማራጭ ካገኘ በሙሉም ሆነ በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነዉ፡፡
