PROCUREMENT OF VACCINATION AND DEWORMING SERVICES FOR GOATS
Mothers and Children Multisectoral Development Organization (MCMDO), an indigenous NGO registered under CSO Proclamation No. 1113/2019, Certificate No. 0022, invites eligible and qualified service providers to submit sealed bids for the provision of vaccination and deworming services for goats under the HER Project – “Strengthening Resilience by Empowering Women and Girls in Areas Affected by the Sudanese Conflict.”
Service Location: Ura Settlement, Benishangul-Gumuz Region, Ethiopia.

- ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
Interested bidders shall submit:
- Valid business/trade license;
- Valid TIN certificate;
- Valid VAT registration certificate, where applicable;
- Valid tax clearance certificate;
- Evidence of relevant experience in veterinary, livestock, vaccination, or related services;
- Details of at least three (3) professional references;
- Evidence of qualified veterinary/livestock professionals; and
- Evidence of capacity to provide the required services at the specified location and within the required timeframe.
Suppliers registered and operating in Benishangul-Gumuz Region are encouraged to participate, provided they meet all applicable bidding requirements.
- BID SECURITY
Bidders shall submit a bid security equivalent to 2% of the total bid price in the form of a Bid Bond or Bank Guarantee in favor of MCMDO.
The bid security shall remain valid for at least one (1) month after the bid submission deadline.

Bid Submission Deadline: Seven (7) consecutive days from the date of public advertisement October 14, 2026 at 10:30 Local time
Bid Opening: October 19, 2026 at 8:00 Local Time
Opening Venue: MCMDO Head Office, Addis Ababa
Late bids will not be accepted.
- BID EVALUATION
Bids will be evaluated based on:
- Administrative and legal compliance;
- Technical capacity and relevant experience;
- Availability of qualified personnel;
- Quality and safety of the proposed services;
- Capacity to deliver the services at the required location and within the required timeframe; and
- Overall value for money, considering quality, reliability, compliance, and price.
MCMDO reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in accordance with its procurement procedures.
