International Orthodox Christian Charities (IOCC) invites eligible and qualified suppliers to submit sealed bids/proforma invoices for the supply and delivery of certified improved wheat seed as specified below.

Key Requirements:
- Supply certified improved wheat seed of the specified variety and C1 seed class, meeting Ethiopian seed quality and certification requirements.
- Provide valid seed certification/quality documents issued by the competent Ethiopian authority.
- Deliver the seed to the specified project locations, with the quoted unit price per quintal inclusive of all transportation and delivery costs.
- Seed must be properly packaged, labeled, and identified by lot/batch number, and the supplier's receipt must include a barcode for digital transaction identification.
