Goh Betoch Bank invites eligible bidders for the procurement of different types of vehicles.

1. The bidders should submit Renewed Trade License, Business Licence, valid tax clearance certificate, and VAT certificate & TIN Number. Moreover, the bidders are required to submit the letter of acknowledgement (testimonials) of previous performance, if any.
2. Complete set of bidding document can be collected by the bidder during working hours upon payment of a non-refundable fee Birr 300.00 (Three Hundred) starting from September 21, 2026 from the Bank’s address stated on No
3. All bidders must be accompanied by a bid security of Birr 350,000.00 (Three Hundred Fifty Thousand) in the form of CPO or unconditional Bank Guarantee.
4. All copies of the bids shall be submitted in a separate envelops i.e the technical proposal, financial proposal, and bid security duly marking the inner envelop as Original, Copy and Bid bond.
5. Bid shall be closed and opened on October 07,2026 at 8:00 and 8:30 local time respectively
6. Bid shall be valid for period of 30 calendar days after bid opening
7. The bid security shall be valid for period of 60 days.
8. Failure to comply with any of the conditions in items above shall be subject to automatic rejection.
9. Goh Betoch Bank reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
